Exactly. Ford’s system sends confirmation emails once orders are in. If your dealer can’t get it done, maybe try another one. I’ve seen confirmations posted on this site.

Appreciate the tip! I’ll check with some other dealers nearby. I’m not in a huge rush, but I don’t want unnecessary delays.

Update: I talked to three other dealers, and they all said orders aren’t open yet. However, when I told my original dealer that others are placing orders, they said they’d check with Ford. Still waiting for them to get back to me, though.

That’s pretty much what my dealer said too. They’re waiting for Ford to give the green light.

I reserved an XLT in Iconic Silver with the tow, off-road, and luxury packages. It’s replacing my Civic coupe. I’ve been wanting a small truck for years, but all the used Rangers and S-10s I’ve seen were in rough shape. Super glad Ford brought back a real compact pickup.

For sure! I’m usually more into Mopar and Toyota, but Ford nailed it with this truck.

I got the fully loaded Lariat with the luxury, off-road, and 4K tow packages in Area 51. So excited—it’s going to be awesome!

Nice! I think Area 51 with the brown interior is going to look fantastic. It has a bit of a rugged denim vibe to it.

Ordered a Carbon Grey XLT Hybrid with the luxury package and a moonroof. Replacing my 2007 Civic with a manual transmission and moonroof.

I ordered a 2023 Lariat with the luxury package and got my confirmation from Ford on 9/17/22. It’s replacing my 2003 Ford Ranger XLT. My other car is a 2014 Ford C-Max SEL Hybrid.
