New Investor very confused

I have seen a ton of YT videos, but they are so technical that I’m not sure where to begin as a novice investor. How to begin is a mystery to me. Is it possible to learn quickly? I don’t know what to do because I am 50% down on the market. Could you please advise me on what to do?
I have some inquiries:

How can you identify stocks with good value?
How is technical analysis learned?

How can I determine whether a stock is worth investing in based on its fundamentals?

Which objective stock websites won’t provide me with false information?

How is it possible that you’re down 50%? If you’re a new investor, keep in mind that the market has been up all year.

I recommend checking the wiki for educational resources rather than relying solely on YouTube videos.

Understanding the economy, stock market, and geopolitical impacts requires a great deal of education and experience. Family members or even this place can give the worst counsel.

Examine the stock company to ensure that it is concrete. For example, CEIN doesn’t appear to have an office anymore, at least based on Google Image. VS AKTS is a real company with a storefront. Although both of the companies in my example have strong websites, it is still a good idea to check their websites. However, AKTS is superior, particularly when considering their presentation film for their key product.

  it sounds like you need to learn what an index fund is. Why were you so overconfident about your investments? I hope that feeling has changed by now.

What would you do with $125,000 in Vancouver, British Columbia, if you were me? I’m looking for another rental property right now, but given the state of the market and the more entitled and crazy renters, I don’t think it’s a good idea. In addition to investing in exchange-traded funds (ETFs), I have a rental property with a mortgage that is paid off with rent, a TFSA contribution room of $7,000, and an FHSA room of approximately $5,000. I don’t know where to put the remaining funds, but I have enough for an emergency fund. I’m interested in hearing your thoughts.
