My plan has a flat $30.50 admin fee each year. My spouse’s plan has a 0.4% admin fee, which feels high.
But the fund choices are decent, from 0.01% to 0.06%.

Mine’s at 0.08%, not terrible but definitely higher than average, it seems.
I signed up for my company 401k, but I don’t think I can run that far.
I get charged 0.7%, plus I do the Vanguard S&P 500 Admiral fund, which is an extra 0.04%.

0.7% sounds mid-range for fees. When my Roth reaches $3,000, I’d like to switch VTI into the Admiral shares.
@Wylie
What’s the advantage of switching?
