Contributions aren’t the same as rollovers or conversions. The limit only applies to money that’s directly contributed from your income.
How can your 401k have both Roth and traditional parts?
Roth 401ks are available in some company plans. I can set separate amounts for Roth and traditional 401k contributions.

Yes, and if you choose Roth for your contributions, the company match usually goes into a traditional 401k.

It’s not a Roth IRA, they offer either a traditional 401k or Roth 401k.
I would move it to my new employer’s 401k.
