Wow Im surprised by the down votes. I worked at 2 regulated places and saw countless investment losses incurred by bad policy and bad process. I met Fidelity employees that had a similar experience as my 2 employers. For RJ it’s clear that Finra rules must be followed but they should have a process to not get jipped on per trade costs
